You are invited to stay 3 nights at Nick & Beth Pulignano's second home in the private gated community of Ocean Place. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium is within the Summer Beach Resort and directly south of the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Spa. It has plenty of room for 2 couples or a family of 6. The oceanfront bedroom has a King Bed, the second bedroom has a new Queen bed with pillow-top memory foam mattress, and there's a Queen sleeper sofa in the Great Room, large screen HDTV’s in Great Room and bedrooms with free AT&T U-Verse cable service, HBO and high speed wi-fi / internet.

Views of the Atlantic Ocean can be seen from the kitchen, dining and living room areas and master bedroom, and a 180 degree ocean view from the private outdoor balcony, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Personal office desk, iMac and work area in the master bedroom has an ocean view also.

You will enjoy all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, spare linens, bath and beach towels. You'll have access to the storage closet in the outside hallway with beach chairs, bicycles  and beach umbrellas.

Ocean Place has two oceanfront pools for guests, both with plenty of chaise lounges, and outdoor shower and boardwalks leading to the ocean. There is a private path and sidewalk leading to the Ritz Carlton Hotel where you can enjoy the world class spa, fine dining, exclusive shops, drinks at the poolside bar, and dining at their delicious 5 star restaurant.

When not enjoying the beach, you can shop the historic district of Fernandina Beach to the north, bicycle in the Amelia Island Plantation Resort to the south, play golf at several great courses on and around Amelia Island, and dine at many wonderful restaurants.
